AMEXIPAC The Mexican Association of Authorized Certification Service Providers (AMEXIPAC, A.C.),is a non-profit organization established in 2012 that represents the leading e-Invoicing companies in Mexico. Our members are certified by Mexican Tax Authorities and as a group represent the majority of e-invoicing transactions issued in the country. All AMEXIPAC members offer tax compliant e-Invoicing as well as value added services, such as sending and receiving solutions for different market verticals and segments, oriented towards improving customers´ business efficiency. AMEXIPAC brings together highly qualified legal and technical experts in order to meet the stringent requirements for e-invoicing in Mexico. The implementation of these requirements by all members of AMEXIPAC have been set as a benchmark for e-Invoicing best practices in Mexico and Latin America.

AMEXIPAC arises as an initiative of the private sector in order to enable an official communication channel with the regulatory authorities on electronic tax matters in Mexico and to contribute as a strategic ally in the expansion and success of the use of electronic taxation through electronic means.
Beyond being reliable third parties, our Members concentrate the offer of value-added solutions for end users, ranging from natural persons to SMEs and corporations.
AMEXIPAC is committed to be an agent of momentum, quality, and promotion of the use of electronic means in Mexico.
To represent and act as contact of the PACs before the Public and Private sectors.

To thrust and promote the use of electronic/digital means in the alliance between companies and people and thus between the latter and the government entities, regarding the use of the digital signature and e-Invoices.
Committed to lead the industry
AMEXIPAC carries out activities related to the research and development of science and technology in Mexico, thus since July 2014 it forms part of the National Registry of Science and Technology Institutions and Companies (Registro Nacional de Instituciones y Empresas Científicas y Tecnológicas or RENIECYT), which is under the responsibility of the National Council of Science and Technology (Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología or CONACYT), which identifies institutions, centers, entities, companies, and natural or legal persons of the public, social, and private sectors that carry out activities related to the research and development of science and technology in Mexico.
